ausLo is Austin LoCicero.
I’ve been working in the film industry since 2011, and have spent the past seven years as the gaffer, or chief lighting technician, on numerous music videos, commercials, docs, shorts and five narrative features. In addition to this, I’ve spent the past two years getting back to my early roots of editing and 3D animation, blending my love of the two with years of lighting experience into new visual effects and video art projects both personal and collaborative in scope. Some of my work has been screened at both the Snowtown Film Festival in 2016 and the Taco Bell Film Festival in 2022. At the moment I am bi-coastal based out of LA/NYC and available for commission based art work as well as feature/documentary on-set lighting.
